Hurricane Update
Thank you for the prayers and good thoughts. They have been such a help.
The latest updates have Ike headed right for us and then taking a quick side step to the north. We are being blessed by getting the help we need to board up our house. (I never thought when we bought this old house that I would give a second thought to the 30+ windows we have in the house….lots of light…but lots of plywood too!) But the main thing is that I have found a crew to assist us and even if it doesn’t come to us (cuz these guys are so unpredictable), I can make ONE prediction….by the end of the day I will have boards cut for the house and will never have to do that again! YAY!
I can’t tell you how grateful I am for Buddy Slim. Not only is it a place for support for weightloss and health, but it is a community. For every good thought and prayer sent my way, my heart amplifies it and reflects its beauty back to you and to all those in need today.
I will check in tonight with an update!
